April starts our Soil Series Wine Tasting. Each Friday night we will be pouring wines grown in a different soil. We will focus on four soils: Alluvial, Metamorphic, Sedimentary, & Igneous. We hope you can make it for all four Friday tastings to experience how each soil can affect the wine.
